TOEFL - IELTS
 

TOEFL is not required because during the International Student Orientation Program (ISOP), students will take the ESL placement test. 

However, if they have already taken the TOEFL within the last 2 years and received the following scores, students will not have to take ESL:

527 Paper-based test (PBT)
197 Computer-based test (CBT)
71 Internet-based test (iBT)

Please ask ETS to send official TOEFL scores directly to the College. Our school code is: 4738.

IELTS is accepted by Shoreline Community College.  If students receive a score of 5.5 or higher, they will not have to take ESL.
