International Student Orientation Program


The International Student Orientation Program (ISOP) is very important for your success. Therefore, every international student is required to attend. We recommend arriving at least two days before ISOP begins. This will give you time to recover from a long trip and start your college career feeling good!

Daily Schedule

 

During ISOP, you will have:

  • Math and English placement tests
  • a campus tour given by American students
  • academic advising and registration for classes
  • meetings with International Programs staff
  • seminars about life and study in the USA
  • a tour of Seattle

ISOP will be informative and fun.  You will make new friends while discovering all that Shoreline Community College has to offer.  So apply, get admitted and get ready!  We're looking forward to seeing you soon!

Orientation fee of $60 (one time fee for all new international students) will cover light refreshments and retention activities throughout academic year.
