International Student Orientation Program
The International Student
Orientation Program (ISOP) is very important for your success. Therefore, every
international student is required to attend. We recommend arriving at
least two days before ISOP begins. This will give you time to recover
from a long trip and start your college career feeling good!
Fall Quarter
orientation (September 14-18, 2010)
will begin in:
During ISOP, you will:
• take Math and
English placement tests
• take a campus tour given by American students
• receive academic advising and register for classes
• have seminars to help you adjust to living and studying in the USA
• meet the entire International Programs (IP) staff
•
take a tour of SeattleISOP will be
informative and fun. You will make new friends while
discovering all that Shoreline Community College has to offer. So

Orientation fee of $60 (one time fee for all new international students) will cover light refreshments and retention activities throughout academic year.
